Print temples horizontally on a full sheet of vellum. Wrap around the inside of a clear cylinder vase, they fit perfectly. Pour a small amount of white sand in the bottom and and electric votive and voila!! Instant elegance. They are much more stunning in real life, especially when the lights in the room are slightly dimmed. Set the vase in a little pile of tulle and now you've got the temple floating on a cloud.

Temple Centerpieces
These are centerpieces that were made for a temple-themed RS night. I this same idea could be applied in so many ways in many themes. I think I will use the vases again for a YW New Beginning and use colored vellum...the colors of the Values.

Skirt the issue
The answer to my dilemma of wanting a clean uncluttered office....hiding everything behind my skirt!
Now my desk is dressed up and I can hide my business...if you know what I mean. Since I haven't fulfilled my "go to Ikea dream and buy cabinets for my office", I thought I'd just skirt the issue.
I still haven't put the room back together. Wall decor is still on the floor. Computer is still upstairs on the tv. I don't know what it is...I'll just keep skirting that issue for awhile too.

Backpack Spunk
Does your bag not define who you are? Well here is a quick and inexpensive way to add some spunk to that drab bag. I will be using a back pack, but the general idea of this project can be used for any type of bag.
Beginning:Now Take Sticky Felt and draw circles on the back and cut (fabric can also be used, but I prefer sticky felt because it will stick in place long enough to sew):
Pull of backing and stick to bag; I then sewed them to the bag. Not with a machine, but by hand, does not need anything fantastic; just enough to hold to bag.
Finished:
After finishing the bag I realized that it still needed a little spunk. So, I added some lace to the zippers.
This project is very versatile. Now that you have seen my example, let your creativity flow!
Hugs,
Cherise
